nuck nit
Your precious Lu also says he doesn't wanna be here any more
Nino
AV is just playing the goalie who gives his team a better chance to win. The entire team played pretty similarly against San Jose and LA, the biggest difference was Luongo held his team in it with some fantastic saves and Cory scored on himself (Marleau goal, he pushed it in) and crapped the bed. This isn't even a decision, Lu's playing unreal right now and Cory isn't. Play the better goalie.
Tortorella's Rant
AV adding to the controversy and messing with Cory's confidence. When Lu was the starter, he was given numerous bad games to work through it. AV is handling Cory like he did Hodgson, Linden, Naslund. What an A$$
dorrcoq
OH BABY. LET THE BETTER GOALIE PLAY... LOVE IT!!!
Aladeen
The first priority for the nucks is trading Lou, looks like he's playing we'll now, you showcase him nothing more than that.
cmpunk
That's BS (being silly) the sharks made us look like little boys out there, the nucks played much better vs. LA. That goal you say he pushed in, well it was off a skate in front it was a desperation grab it was going in regardless.
Nino
If Lu gets a shutout he better start against the Hawks. Does it make any sense to not start him if he comes off a shutout? You people are unreal. Everyone acts like Luongo has never beaten the hawks or plays well against them. If that were the case the 2011 cup run doesn't happen. Last few seasons Luongo has been solid against the Hawks.
cmpunk
Oh I think he will get the start vs the Chicago, but I don't think your going to like the reason why. Lol lol lol lol lol lol lol lol
greetingsfrombrazil
We don't have Kesler or booth, and it's been tough on us. I do agree that these losses for the Avs will be too much for them to overcome. 7-1 win. Kassian with 3 goals, Daniel with 1, Edler with 1, Raymond with 1, and Tanev with a goal. nuck nit
AV is the one who pretty much made Luongo the back up when he went with Schnieder in the playoffs last year. That sounds like a coach who is confident with Schnieder when he uses him in the biggest games of the season. Relax.
apollo
Did you say the same thing last year, goof?
Nino
Canucks played much better vs. LA? we all saw the game, canucks played like crap vs LA, getting pushed around and dominated the whole game. Not saying Schnieder played bad vs Sharks.
cmpunk
I bet the farm that was not AV's decision.Go back and see/hearwhat Gillis and AV said on the matter before hand. AV was red in the face and could not speak coherently. Gillis said AV made the right decision. MG is a micro manager and AV is not making critical decisions without Mike and his buds making it for him.
Templeton Peck
If you are going to create a temporary GDT (which might end up being the official one), please at a minimum put both team names in the title and add the start time and TV station. stexx
3-2 canucks in shootout - canucks go up 2-0 AV tries to milk another lead, but kass/schroeds score in S/O figure its a safe bet 3/6 of our games have gone this exact pattern!

DIBdaQUIB
There is no controversy to this! AV is playing who's better currently. Saving Schneids for a big game against the crap Hawks! Who cares?
