Dump and chase is a good system.. Every line has a different style of play and the only reason why the Sedins don't dump and chase is because they have the skill to do so..

How many Stanley Cups in that time?

With a team the Canuck's iced over most of those years, MOST coaches in the league would have accomplished what AV has.

He is EXTREMELY stubborn, predictable and close minded and it has shown.

You couldn't coach the Canucks to beat a handicapped peewee team

When did I say that?

I am simply saying AV has had more then his fair share of time and opportunity. He has shown his continued predictability and stubbornness.

Doesn't make bold moves

Changes up the lines before chemistry can be made or during a bad game (ie right now talking Kassian off top line).

Has favorites and scapegoats

Can't light a fire under the teams ass

ect. ect.

Sickkkkkk come back brooo!!

You have nothing to add, so every comment you make is attacking the other person saying that AV is better then them.

NO SH*T he is better, he is a decent NHL coach, but his tenure in Vancouver should be over.

Mr. Jack Adams says otherwise, the Canucks record under AV says otherwise. Back up the crap spewing out of your posts with some facts.

AV= Winningest Coach in Franchise history, Why didn't Crow take them to the Cup in WCE days? I guess Quinn was a siv too since they didn't win the cup with him. I guess the only measure of Coach is their ability to win a Cup

Yah and Hockey Professionals obviously disagree with you!

You have zero clue what goes on behind the scenes with the Canucks so don't act like you know. If the players agreed with you if Gillis Agreed with you AV would be gone, but guess what he is going to be here for a long time so suck it up.

We have more than we think in common with ''Le Canadien de Montréal''

Both have logo shapped in ''C''

Canadien and Canucks mean the samething

We both hate the Boston Bruins now

Alain Vigneault coached both teams

Rogers Arena, Centre Bell, it's phones company

We are blue white and green they are blue white and red

Our #1 goalie is from Qc, their #1 goalie is from BC

But we have one important thing different and I hope it will change after the next season, we don't have Stanley Cup banner

I would suggest you cheer for another team then who you find exciting. I don`t know about you but this was an awesome game, For me the Canucks are one of the most exciting teams in the NHL. And what do you know, we won tonight. Our system must suck because we didn`t beat them by more....

Right....or here is a thought, maybe I find it pointless responding after reading a number of your posts?

Also, I've been calling for AV to be fired for a while now, so it's got nothing to do with how the Canuck's are playing or have been playing.

But yes, of course, the Sedin's magic passing resulting in a goal was allllll AV. :picard:

That system almost won us the Stanley Cup. It isn't the system but the execution is lacking. You think Garrison day dreaming on one of the goals against and Edler crapting the bed on the other goal against is due to the system that we play? Give me a break, this team needs to start waking up.

Yeah, the Canucks should get rid of that AV guy.

I understand that Ron Wilson is available, and if the team wants to wait just bit maybe Lindy Ruff, Peter Laviolette, or Adam Oates will be by with an application...

Interesting that Tanev and Ballard were even on the ice in OT. I wonder if they just hopped over the boards or maybe just maybe AV had a little something to do with that.

Edit: Oh and you've been calling for AV to be fired for awhile now huh? Well guess what you have been just as wrong for that while as you are now.

Show some facts or stats to back up your OPINION of AV otherwise just stop cause you don't have a leg to stand on.

markus your right about dump and chase being a great system but its one canucks dont excute properly u need to hit the hell out of the dmen in the corners going in and vancouver lacks that talent at moment raymond hansen sedins are all talent no brawn which leads to predictable boring hockey lately coaching is horrible pp gives up short handed goals and cant get shots on net we steal games with luongo being unreal while edler continually hangs him out to dry
