The fans would not be happy. Thankfully we are not in that scenario but are lucky to have two exceptional goalies in hand. Aladeen Posted February 7, 2013 Share Posted February 7, 2013 like kypreos and mclean pointed out ... where was this luongo in the last 5 years ? hes playing for himself right now and selling himself as a good guy when the last 5 years after a game he would blame everyone but himself for a goal against ( thats one of the reasons we all liked cory so much .. he alwasy took full responsibility for every goal against and never threw his team under the bus like luongo used to do every time he had a bad game) people seemed to forget about that with a couple funny tweets... and a couple wins.. I think you're refering to MacLean no? in which case that guy is greasy old hack who may know about hockey but is so biased its ridonkulous. Stop lapping up whatever these guys are spewing out and try to think for yourself. In the last 5 years how many divisions titles have the canucks won? How many presidents trophies? How many times to the Stanley cup finals? Anyone that questions Luongo as not being a team guy can shove it. Yah and Luongo always threw the team under the bus , the only time I think you could possibly be reffering to is when he was Captain and they were always asking him questions about dmen and forwards. If they didn't play well on a given night was he supposed to say yah they played great now if it wasn't for me letting in all the goals we would have won.
