My God....

I want to stress, this isn't an issue of who is better. Whoever the Canucks put in net, the team is favoured to win over pretty much any opponent. But, for the sake of establishing the direction of the team, why the hell would they put Luongo back in when Schneider, the guy they're clearly going forward into the future with, just nicely won back the crease??

Unbelievable.

I thought it should've and would've been Schneider getting the start as he's played very well, but I think we're pretty much guaranteed good goaltending regardless. I can't say I agree with Luongo getting the start, but I can't say I'm peeved he's in net. Both are great.

Maybe this is a game where Lu is being showcased; I would've thought for sure you go with Schneider and keep his hot streak going.

Or maybe it's just AV's coin. Who knows.

Should be Schneider's start, after he won the last 2 only limiting the other team to a goal each game.

With Johansson being scratched in Washington, while his coach reports it's an injury (kind of shady), could this be a showcase game for Luongo?

EDIT: Source for Johansson being scratched, and missing the road trip: http://www.washingtontimes.com/blog/capitals-watch/2013/feb/11/capitals-practice-update-marcus-johansson-not-ice/
