Dan Murphy@sportsnetmurph

#canucks Ryan Kesler won't commit to a return date but tomorrow is a possibility. Cory Schneider will start versus #stars.

Schneiderman, Schneiderman, does whatever a Ginger can,

Can he protect his net,

Yes he can, he's a Ginger,

Hey there, look out for the Schneiderman.

Good decision. Schneider has great career stats against the Stars - 4-1-0 record, 1.41 GAA, .960 Save% - and he deserves to go on a little run of his own, just like Luongo did. Barring another bad performance by Schneider that warrants going back to Luongo in one of the next few games, I say Luongo should go back in for one of the back to back games on the road against Dallas and Nashville next week.

Ah just split the games, they are both playing terrific, no need to worry about who's number 1. We have 2 number 1's who can both be vezina candidates.

Take out the horrendous defensive game vs SJ and Schnieds and Lou would be top 3 in GAA and save %

Wouldn't it be something to hear:

And this years Jennings winners are now two time winners Cory Schnieder and Roberto Luongo

Followed by:

And for this year's Vezina tropy, we have to go back to 1980-81 for the last time multiple goalies shared the award for the best goaltender in the NHL

This year's 'winnerS' are Roberto Luongo and Cory Schnieder

Add their names to a cup, and there will be no contraversy...

You think that's bad?

All morning I've had this stuck in my head to the Eminem song "Guess Who's Back."

Guess who's back, back again

Kes' back, on the mend

Guess who's back, guess who's back,

Guess who's back. Kes is back.

I've never worried about the goalie since the beginning of the season. Both goalies are playing well. Go Canucks Go, make it 7th in a row

Luongo only got the last start because of his home streak against the Wild. AVs going to let Schneider play for a while now like he did with Lou.

The coin can do no wrong because either side of the coin means the Canucks will get great goaltending.

Hopefully Luongo gets the big Chicago game. He raises his play for big games and there's none bigger than playing our rival who's yet to lose in regulation.

these threads are getting pretty boring when our goaltenders are playing this consistently..

maybe just post these when something actually happens?

This is true. I hope its not Cory because he is already getting thrown under the bus by too many bandwagoneers on this site. But really, look at our schedule. I see no loss in the near future. If anything I could see us going on our longest win streak in franchise histoory. (I actually don't know what that is so I guess I should go look that up before making such claims, but what the hell.)

I'd like up see Cory play Chicago Lou had the first game vs them and he lost (not that he played bad but he still lost). If Cory played well next game give him Chicago as well and play Lou the following game.

I'm pretty sure Lou won that game 2-1 in a shoot out where he stoned every shooter. Otherwise we would only be on a 4 game winning streak.
