Buffalo Sabres is the team who is in need for a good golie ryan miller isnt serving there purpose. i am not saying miller is bad golie but his game isnt there where it needs to be to win but we can use him as back up untill he finds his game if not trade him end of this year smaller contract easy to trade. i think miller needs a change and he will improve his game.

Roberto Luongo+Jordan Schroeder for

Ryan miller+Mikhail Grigorenko+1st or 2nd round pick

This was one of the more well thought out posts I've read today, on top of being in the correct sub-forum. You sir, are a genius.

McCoy: We were speculating. Is God really out there?
Kirk: Maybe he's not out there, Bones. Maybe he's right here. [points to his heart]

So, what the others are trying to say is they don't like your proposal and it'd be helpful if you posted any other ones you may have in the Proposals and Armchair GM'ing forum rather than Canucks Talk.

I don't like the trade either, as we get rid of a goalie who's playing well for another who isn't but has a higher cap hit. It'd be nice to get Greg and the pick but Buffalo won't bite for that, as they have more issues than just Miller.

Wow what a great idea for freeing up capspace.
Step 1: Trade Highly paid elite goaltender for a highly paid struggling goaltender
Step 2: ???
Step 3: Profit

In my eyes drouin is overrated he can score in the qmjhl but did nothing in last two gold medal games that canada lost. Fox will be better pro than him talk to me in five yrs

Gaudreau has one NHL goal whereas all your "prized" prospects have none.

ryan kesler is going to the chicago blackhawks ...       quote me on it

If u ask a Buffalo fan, I would be sure the answer would be;

Miller > Lou
Grigorenko > Schroeder (more raw, but better).
Aren't they giving us picks + Jensen?

That may not be completely fair, but hey...

Ask a Cory Schneider fan, and he's ask why did I sign if we just duplicate this circus.

Only way this might work is make it a three way deal and add Toronto in the mix

Buffalo

Luongo
Booth
Gunnerson

Toronto

Miller
Ballard
Leopold

Vancouver

Ott
Armia
Franson
Reimer

Buffalo are the clear winners.

But its not just:
1. Buffalo
2. Toronto
3. Vancouver

it's more like:
1. Buffalo

2. Toronto

3. Vancouver

To Vancouver: Christian Ehrhoff, Mark Pysyk, 2013 1st (Buf), James Reimer

To Toronto: Ryan Miller, Drew Stafford

To Buffalo: Roberto Luongo, Chris Higgins

Doubt we'll get Ehrhoff back but I think its a little more balanced
