I am for all intensive purposes a SPEED FREAK. I have been watching F1 and FIA Rally since I could drool and I get drunk of engine revs and tires screaming for mercy. Moto GP and the AMA Superbike Series are like crack to me as well lol. I literally watch all forms of racing except for Nascar.....but i have found a new love over the past few years and it is this ...

Sig too big.

On weekends, to let off steam, I participate in full-contact origami

He's a great driver, won an F1 championship and was a perennial contender otherwise. I have him in the top 3 with Vettel and Alonso, Hamilton 4th.

If his car can stay competitive race to race, his consistency (12 straight races scoring a point I believe) could be deadly this year.

Vettel won in Malaysia but Webber is pissed off...

Hamilton was the 3rd but Rosbert is also pissed off...

Alonso did a stupid thing again...

Bianchi is doing a nice job in Marussia...

Hinchcliffe won in INDY series in St Petersburg, Simona Silvestro lost 3 places on the last lap...

That was a dick move by vettel, mercedes was in the same position but didn't fight between teammates because of the regulations on the limited number of gearboxes and engines you can use in a season, Webber has the right to be pissed

F1 is back, now in China. After a long day of studying for finals, I stay up to watch the race, with a midnight start time on TSN, they go off for the warmup lap, and of course Shaw cuts out for the start and first 2 laps...

Alonso won in China. itīs amazing, he can start 10 positions behind Massa and still finish ahead of him...

Raikkonen 2nd and Championship leader. the "ICE" is coming!

Hamilton 3rd. terrible start but did some decent race...

Vettel didnīt race in China until the last pit-stop. then he raced for 6 laps...

nice strategy of Button

Hulkenberg. doing a great job with Sauber, this guy deserve more....

Perez. Maybe Mclaren did a wrong choice...

Massa. no comments...

Alonso started 3nd and took the lead quickly from Hamilton after Kimi had a terrible start, but yeah he was way faster than Massa during the race. Kimi is 2nd in the championship, 3 points behind Vettel

Ricardo and Hulkenberg had impressive races with the cars they have.

Webber had terrible luck all weekend, and even worse timing given everything that happened last round

Barhein Grand Prix...

VETTEL:
itīs a good driver but only when he has no challenge...

RAIKKONEN:
quietly the "ice man" is on 2nd place on this championship. I will not be surprised if Kimi win this thing...

GROSJEAN:
amazing how he didnīt destroy/crash everybody on the 1st lap and more amazing is that he finished 3rd...

FORCE INDIA TEAM:
a nice surprise, itīs a team that itīs improving race after race...

MCLAREN TEAM:
thatīs how team mates should be, fight for your own race without interference. as soon as they improve this car the team will do a great season...

PEREZ:
FINALLY! the Mexican did a good race fighting for real. LOVED when he passed Alonso...

BUTON:
nice fight against Perez, for the 1st time I saw Button angry. well, happens...

ROSBERG:
sorry princess, the car may be good on qualify but itīs terrible on race conditions, and you canīt deal with pressure...

HAMILTON:
was he racing today?

ALONSO:
fought for something at the begining then he had a wierd problem on this car (DRS?) and his race was over...

FELIPE MASSA:
WTF IS GOING ON WITH YOU DUDE!? how can you blown the same tire TWICE on a single race? 4 stops, wing damage, being overtaken by Maldonado? finished in 14th? really?

Grosjean has always has speed, but its taken him a while to adjust to F1, and the first corner.

Kimi keeps going, he's consistent and he's fast, the hallmarks of a champion. Vettel seems to be really inconsistent with his racing this year, but has a better car, which will keep the 2 of them duking it out all year

between Kimi and Vettel I would bet Kimi this year. Lotus did a good car and heīs relaxed. Vettel is good only when the car is good. next year with the new rules letīs see what makes Vettel a good driver. a good car or he is really a top one...

If you didn't see the NASCAR race at Talladega, you missed a dandy finish.

I don't understand, for the life of me, why Sato didn't get black flagged for blocking at the end of that race. He almost caused a couple seperate wrecks all on his own.

But what an unbelieveable pass by Hinchclife at the end of that race. I saw him go really wide on the last corner and I wasn't sure if he would be able to pull it off but he did! Pure skill at the most intense time. Hoping he can keep in the race for the championship as it should get more people here in Canada talking/interested about racing....ala Greg Moore. ;)

Greg Moore being honored at the Indianapolis 500 this year. So awesome!! One of my personal idols growing up....being from Maple Ridge. He exuded nothing but class and talent. Still makes me sad to think about it...we missed out on a great. :( :(

There's a tribute show on the Score tonight at 7pm(pacific).

Tony Kanaan won his first Indy 500. and the Brazilian Jamaica (Bahia state) goes nut! party for the next 2 weeks!

seriously. he deserved, he did a good race being fighting for the 1st place all the time...

in Formula-1 Britney Spears (Nico Rosberg) won. he is F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S celebrating on the cassinos. UI!

Felipe Massa crashed again. heīs being good on it...

Grosjean back to the action, destroying 30% (or more) of the cars...

Next race in Formula-1. Canada eh!

Massa has always been hot & cold for Ferrari.

And I was glad to see Kanaan finally win the Indy 500. His Indy win drew some parallels to Dale Earnhardt's one & only Daytona 500 in 1998:

It was a pair of races run in two days. Mike Conway won the first race, Simon Pagenaud won the second race. And in both races, A.J. Allmendinger crashed out on on the first lap.

In NASCAR, Tony Stewart won at Dover after points leader Jimmie Johnson got too big of a jump on the final restart and was penalized for it.

The track there is so challenging, it made for great drama. You get some really great shots of the drivers fighting their cars around the corners. I still can't believe they did two 70 lap races. It must have been an exhausting weekend for them.

NASCAR had a two-fer on Sunday. Nationwide Series race got rained out at Iowa Speedway, so they ran the race in the morning and Trevor Bayne outran Austin Dillon after a late-race duel for the lead with Bayne winning (not too many days after getting married) and Dillon finishing the race in 2nd.

Race also included a pretty nasty crash involving Travis Pastrana and Max Papis. Happened just as I was turning on the race.

While at Pocono for the Sprint Cup race, it was basically the Jimmie Johnson show. Started the race from the pole and was relatively unchallenged for most of the race.
