...and you consider yourself a fan of this team, why?!!

Troll!!

4 some reason the Nucks excel at being the heavy. Almost a brand trait ....Ofcourse , you are a favored opponent of most teams. Maybe its because you guys are good or maybe its because of a natural top dog pecking order ....And yea the losses are somehow more sour ....

It's so sad that Darth Kane, a Chicago fan comes on these boards and shows more respect to our team than a bunch of people on here that call themselves Canuck fans. On top of that, he speaks intelligently and respectfully while our fans want to send their player out on a stretcher and care more about injuring someone than winning a game.

Don't get me wrong, what Keith did was really wrong but I just want him to man up and fight someone. Not get seriously injured. But in the end I care more about the Canucks winning this game.

I agree wholeheartedly. I would love to see one of our guys level Keith with a massive LEGAL bodycheck but hoping for another Bert/Moore disaster is asinine.

Both Crawford and Seabrooke are out; for the millionth time this year the hockey gods are giving us a break. Volpatti is out, probably because his head hurts. Maybe he shouldn't fight at all. Of course then he would be utterly useless. And of course Schneider is in for a tough game against a red hot team. Doesn't anybody see the trend with Luongo here?

A little surprised Luongo isn't starting. But likely not a big deal.

I'm sorry but I Booth is not a fourth liner, he's only there to get back to game speed. If he is there for an extended period of time I hope he gets traded because it would be ridiculous to have a 4.5 million dollar fourth liner.

I know he won't be on the 4th line for long, I just meant it's the line that suits his game the most since the players he's playing with aren't very good with the puck so he can puck hog all he wants haha, I expect him to be on the 2nd line soon enough though.

Ya it's kinda like when Raymond was on the fourth line after he came back from injury for a couple of games. He was able to skate circles around the other teams fourth line and get open for good shots which went in.
Booth can skate circles around most 4th liners and will be able to power through the rest... I see him having some success down there.

If we can have a guy making 4.5 million on the fourth line why cant we have a 4 million dollar back up goalie?

and I said 4 not 5.3 because luongo is obviously the starter.

Just messing around please don't go ape on me. It'll b good to start Booth on the fourth... I won't b surprised if he move his way up to the second before the game is over

I really hope the zebras open their damn eyes. I get frustrated at the chicken hawks dirty style of play. I'm sure the zebras will want a piece of "history" by officiating the record breaking game. I expect them to be favoring the Hawks.

like i mentioned in my early prediction, the Canucks NEED to get a lead and finish them off early, because if tonight is a close game, gaurantee you the refs will have an effect on the outcome.

If the Hawks win wouldn't it be a record marching game? They'd tie the Ducks record, not break it.

Schneider starting? very poor timing for a bounce back game, hotter hand should play.

Doesn't matter anyway, since the refs will do everything they can to continue the hawks streak.

It's pretty much the record breaking game, since your next opponent is the sharks

Why Lou lost the last game and let in a few that were questionable, being that he is not (not saying Cory is) our starting goalie this year it look like a good choice. Run them till they drop a game then the next guy is in till we get a trade.

He can skate circles all right...but can he control the puck while he is doing it? That will be the true test.

Why the hell is Weise playing instead of Volpatti?

The Hawks have no tough guy in the lineup, this should be a good game to take runs at them.. AV :picard:

Should be a great game tonight!

The hawks have been the better team of late so we've got our work cut out for us. However the Canucks have been great on the road, so hopefully we can rise to the occasion.

I'm hoping for an intense and tight game, if the score gets out of hand in either direction the game could get ugly, which would be bad for both sides.

p.s. to all the people wishing injury on Keith: grow up! sure his elbow to Daniel was cheap and dirty, but wishing anything of the like on him makes you no better. However with that I would love to see him get run over repeatedly in a clean fashion.

Bollig? I'd match him up against anyone on your team in a fight, he's one tough cookie.

He's just another one of your rats like Shaw and Bolland. It seems you guys have a spineless bottom feeder on every line.

Not sure where they'd be marching. JK

they'll tie the ducks, but the ducks were 12-0-4.

Bollig will not play tonight, and besides he was a no show in Vancouver and avoided almost every scrum with Beiksa and Kassian out.

Stop building up that poser. Vandermeer would make easy work out of him if we MG will ever call him up....
