Baked Blackhawk in Lemon Sauce

Skin & debone 23 Blackhawks, making sure to remove teeth (pronounced “Keith”..tastes just like chicken) and toews (pronounced Tase, as in “me”). Some are slimy, so wear gloves. Don’t worry about the smell, they’re rotten, but can still be used for this dish that’s a big hit in Chicago. The only big hits they'll be serving this week.

After preparing the Blackhawks, prepare your Marianade using Hossa lemons. (Note: Marianade should be discarded after use). Squeeze 81 of the lemons into a large bowl (note: must be big enough to hold egos).

Pour in the remnants from a jar of dill Bickles…although it’s a fairly useless product that is generally also discarded, surprisingly, it works well in this marianade.

Add some fresh from the Seabrook kelp or seaweed (for saltiness).

Add liquid (beer, whiskey, vodka, Windex, lighter fluid) – whatever you have on hand.

Pulse puree in a food processor or, if you don’t have one, beat with a Kane. (Discard after use)

Put all ingredients aside to marianade. Throw some eggs and tomatoes at them (just for fun)

After an hour or so, put in crock pot and heat to Bollig for 60 minutes. Grate some cheese (the stinky, Sharp kind) over top then bake at 400 for 30 minutes, until bubbling.

Serve over rice.

This recipe pinned by Dave Bolland & his ugly sisters, that he talks about often (as they were rejected by some handsome twins in Vancouver).

I love the job on the OP, good work!

That third line should not be broken up at all, awesome chemistry between those three.

Kassian pops one to get out of his mini slump.

Canucks win 3-2 and hand the Hawks their first regulation loss!

Go Canucks Go!
