ThaBestPlaceOnEarth
Man, that is a tough decision but with Booth coming back and everybody currently in game shape (knock on wood) one of these guys is gonna have to be in the press box (unless AV decides to troll these forums by sitting Kassian...). They've both been playing really well and brought a lot of effort and energy to the lineup but they both bring different things as well. Edge to Wiese -speed & skating -board battles -can play on the PK Edge to Volpatti -fighting -hitting and physical play -occasional fourth-line scoring Even -passing and playmaking -not taking dumb penalties -overall effort That's how I see it at least. I think the best and most likely route is to platoon these two guys depending on the opponent and who's going best at the time, because they're both good on the fourth line and it's best to keep them up to game speed. allkill326
Weise, because he has the hands and a bit of physicality.
Ghostdivision
Volpatti he is more of what this team needs on the 4th, physical hard hitting, fights. Last year I kept hearing how we miss raffi and how his big hits would fire the team up, volpatti is doing the same only clean. Why is this not a poll? CanucksSayEh
The scoring should be on Weise side, Patty is more consistent with big hits, but Weise can up that part of his game when the time calls for it. See playoffs last year. If we have to decide between the 2 going into the playoffs, I pick DW.
Opmac
Aaron Volpatti, but we all know Dale Weise will somehow stay in the lineup tomorrow.
Ghostdivision
I am pretty sure av would choose weise though he seems to pick players hes more familiar with. But i hope volpatti stays over weise.
Robongo
Volpatti but AV likes Weise more.
Captain Aerosex
Dale Weise is a better hockey player, but Volpatti is more willing to play the role we need on that 4th line. I'd say Volpatti.

Salmon Arm Canuck
Volpatti will sit tomorrow and then it will be a rotation of any fourth line player minus Lappy who does not have a good game.
Bissurnette
Volpatti hands down for me. I like what he brings to the 4th line. I can't stress that part enough. You don't need 4th liners to make pretty plays and score. You need them to make big clean hits and get some energy in the lineup. A little bit of intimidation is what we need more than soft hands. Plus at least Volpatti can fight, and do it well I might add. I was so impressed with him challenging Reaves against the Blues just to get some emotions going. He plays with heart. Master Mind
Most likely Weise stays. That then raises the question, who also plays on the 4th line with Lappy and Weise/Volpatti?
