That offer would not even get us Perry alone, and you are talking about throwing in another player on top of it?

Perry may be a upcoming UFA, and may be having a slow season, but he is still one of the top wingers and goal scorers in the league.

Change sbisa to Allen, from what I see on ducks forums they want to get rid of both Allen and Perry. That's a forum obviously though I don't know what Murray thinks

The NHL is a fixed old boys club. I've come to acceptance with that and just watch for entertainment. The 2011 & 2012 Canucks are champs in my books. Go Canucks Go!

Will throw a "dark horse" choice on the table: Byfuglien.  But I would use him as a forward, not as a D.

Toughness, scoring touch, part of a team that is less likely to make the playoffs.

They need a goalie for sure (Pavelec is currently ranked #29 of 43).  But since Luongo will probably not want to go to Winnipeg, the goalie idea may not work if Gillis wants CS to stay.

You're correct, Luongo would probably not want to come to Winnipeg. On the other side, the Jets aren't stupid enough to trade arguably their best player and definitely the most popular player on the team.

Can you imagine drowning AT a KK Rev concert?

i'm pretty sure that's how zombies are born.
