NuxFan09
It's the mini-Canucks vs the mini-Blackhawks for this Sunday matinee! Just like their parent teams, the Wolves and IceHogs have a nasty rivalry in the AHL. Both teams seems to bring out the best in eachother. Goalie matchup: Paul LaTour @platour68 Our goalie matchup today features Matt Climie (14-13-2, 2.40, .920) for the #ChicagoWolves vs. Henrik Karlsson (2-2, 2.23, .919)#IceHogs. To start: Paul LaTour @platour68 #ChicagoWolves starters: Archibald-Longpre-Davies up front with Connauton-Matheson on D.
NuxFan09
Andersson with a great defensive effort to foil an IceHogs 3 on 2.
NuxFan09
Rockford sounding like the better team so far. They've had a couple good scoring chances and forced Climie to make several saves. Knowing the Wolves, though, their offensive push will come. It seems they either start really hot or start really slow, eventually find their rhythm and take over the game somewhat.
