Felix Potvin
Now that Brodeur is on IR the devils might be looking for a goalie to make a push for playoffs so was thinking would you do Nj Schneider Ballard VAN Larson Hedberg 2nd I know that Brodeur has another season after this but he can mentor Schneider and split the time retire than Schneider become a franchise goalie to take place of the best. Canucks get a great right hand d man a good backup and a 2nd in a good draft seems pretty fair to me.

elvis15
They put him on retroactively to Feb 24, so he could only have to miss a couple more games before returning. This is not Brodeur out for the season and they'd still have Brodeur under contract through next season as well so I don't see why they'd rush to give up Larsson. Zoolander
Is Larsson Right Handed? If he is, I would love a trade like this. Maybe switch the 2nd rounder for a prospect though, if New Jersey is interested. I'd love to have Matteau in the system, but only if New Jersey said yes. Felix Potvin
I think Hedberg would be a pretty good backup goalie for a playoff push as well

Xur
Yeah they wouldn't do it, but I sure would, and I am sure MG would as well.
Felix Potvin
I think they might cause Schneider is just the kind of goalie this team needs after Brodeur retires and Ballard can fill the hole Larson would leave
FelixPotvin29
no way they give up on larsson yet.
Craig Ferguson
MG wouldn't pull the trigger he doesn't do big deals for young guys, just projects lets be real here. But in perspective, it's a good trade
bigpush
I doubt they would move Larsson would Fayne and Matteau be easier to aquire? Fayne is a R handed young dman with great size Matteau is a big hard hitting winger who might develop into a top 6 guy. Neither guy will most likely be a super star but both have good potential and great size. Schnieder Ballard 2nd for Fayne Matteau

Felix Potvin
Nj lost again I can see them asking for Schneider but I still would want Larson don't like the other trade
bigpush
That is quite possibly the worst proposal I've ever seen on here.
The Kessing Booth line
Schneider is the best young goalie in the NHL, a future superstar. I'm pretty sure you could get more for him than a very average prospect and a 6/7th D.
