Lemieux
This is going to the Naslund Trade in reverse. (Naslund vs supposedly tough Stojanov) Hodgson has 17pts on a Buffalo team! Easily would have been the third highest scoring player on the Canucks The supposed toughness from Kassian hasn't really materialized. Hodgson 12PIM; Kassian 23PIM. Hodgson has more than doubled the points by Kassian. S*ckers here can continue to defend this trade, but it is clear now that this is indefensible. wallstreetamigo
Really? Good to know the final verdict is in after one year..... Have you seen Hodgson play defensively? Ya, me neither.

Canuck or Die
Hodgson's also playing top line minutes, while Kassian isn't. If Kassian was still playing with the Sedins, I'm sure he'd have more points too.
Pears
Ok. Any center in the league would put up those numbers centering Vanek and Pominville. Now stop crying about that trade. It happened 365 days ago, get over it.

Apples
Hodgson playing 18+ minutes a game along side Vanek and Pominville. Kassian is on the forth line and barely getting 10 minutes a game
DreamHerO
Kassian was just being kassian, quick start type of guy but then has nothing to show for after a few games into the season. Like many people said before about Hodgson, you earn the ice-time you're given, Hodgson is earning his ice-time in Buffalo due to his great offensive game, while kassian's getting 4th line minutes for a reason. They're both -4 while Hodgson's being on a weaker defensive team.

wallstreetamigo
That means nothing. Not only were Hodgson and Kassian meant to be offensive forwards, Kassian is pretty dismal in his own end as well. As of now Kassian looks lost out there again. He doesn't really do anything except fight occasionally. Was impressed at the beginning of the season, but that flash of promise has disappeared.
