Nucks have an "old" team and the core gets preferential playing time regardless of how they play. Pretty tough for a young player to break in. Just because a few players achieve success with AV as the coach, doesn't mean he has anything to do with their development. Kassian is a case in point...first line stud and leading scorer to 4th line and 5 minutes/benched. That's how AV treats all young players. Make a mistake and you go down.
