**Send Schroeder to the AHL**

Schroeder wasn't going to do much more than what we've seen. He's not all that fast.

If it makes you happy we could give him more icetime and lose though.

Good idea?

It's simply a matchup matter tonight imo - LA has some beastly big centers for Schroeder to handle, (and there have been some weak penalties adding to the minutes Schroeder sits - the Canucks have been shorthanded 20% of the game).

Keep him up. This won't last.

I think it's just a situation where we're playing a really big team (the biggest, as the folks at CBC have taken the time to show us) and AV might think that Jordan isn't in a situation where he can succeed. I'd imagine he'll get more ice time tomorrow.

-1 tonight. In 4mins played.

Send him down because he needs a better role against softer competition. But don't assume 'magic will happen' just because you give a guy more icetime.

I don't know what people expected from an under-sized, inexperienced rookie. He has 5 points in 17 games and is a minus 1... minus 2 after tonight, I think. He has some skills, but he is too small and too weak on his skate to be a consistent player in the NHL. He is a PP specialist, not a 4th liner.

It says a lot about Schroeder's play when MayRay is playing centre ahead of you when MayRay has never played centre in his life... ever!

Back to the Wolves you go, JShrey.

And yet to some folks here, he's 'exceeding' expectations. LOLidiots.

why is it any prospect or young player the canucks get these AV lovers say things like oh its the players fault

1. grabner 2. hodgson 3. schroeder 4. shirkov

so simple to blame the players then i ask why did the scouts get these guys?? if they are just busts?

OPEN your eyes AV has zero patience with young offensive players

he can only develop players like jannick hansen more grinders for AV

We've got nobody to replace Schroeder with so he'll stay in. He's good defensively at least.

Where's the offense?

Because it wasn't coming with his proven NHLer linemates.

The problem once again is that we have no patience.

Schroeder will be a legit NHLer. But he isn't one now. No matter what time or linemates you give him.

He's not screwed and neither are we. You just got to let/make the player develop.

We didn't draft Patrick Kane.
