He decided to step it up further yesterday and told media that Kaleta 'needs to grow up'

Always good calling out your teammates to media.... after you called out your coach..... got him fired.... called out your team.... and basically pinned everything on them.

Just wait til Ryan and a big left winger race for the puck in Buffalos end and see who comes to his defence. Oh wait!
Maybe there is a cancer in their dressing room.

Not really up to date on the Ryan Miller saga - how is it that he got Ruff fired?

By being a self-centered, moody, and acerbic prima donna.

I don't think he did anything overt to get Ruff fired, aside from playing like crap.

I don't have an exact quote -but after Ruff was fired - Miller basically said ' We weren't getting the message anymore, so a change needed to be made'

Good, I feel bad for Miller. Buffalo has a lot of problems and he is getting fed up.

I wonder if he will get fined for criticizing the referees and the job they are doing, or is that just coaches and management that can get fined ?.

Their GM's competency is in a class with Feaster imo.

Buffalo was a much better team when they had limited funds. Now it's a mess.

First kaleta complains and then miller bashes him to the media?!? What's wrong with these guys, I love being entertained but keep that crap behind closes doors

The NHL is a fixed old boys club. I've come to acceptance with that and just watch for entertainment. The 2011 & 2012 Canucks are champs in my books.

Now's the time to strike on a deal with Buffalo. Regehr and/or Ott would bring the grit level on this team up a few notches.

Darcy Regher is an idiot. Mike Gillis has been giving the green to go after whoever he wanted too, but it doesn't mean Mike Gillis will offer unresonable contracts. Good job on the Ville Lieno and Ehrhoff signings Regher. Those are prime examples of bad contracts.

Well, I , I feel very good about this draft, but I, I think, potentially you know were gonna have 3 or 4 NHL players out of this group, ummmm, you know like we are not going to prejudice to were they are from.

Ehrhoff's cap hit is two hundred thousand dollars less per year than Ballard...

Would Sabres fans be interesting In LUongo? Miller straight up for Luongo. Get it er done Regher!

Depends on the fan. Many still love him, but there are more every day that think we should trade him while he still has value. Luongo for Miller would pretty much be trading 2 of the same kind of goalie though. They both can be brilliant and they both can really stink it up on the ice. If Miller goes Regier will most likely want a good young goalie and a pick or two.

Miller is playing as poorly as the rest of the team. They just aren't playing hungry hockey. Last game Miller let in 5 goals on 25 shots. That's an .800 save%.

Exactly. His contract looks great right now.

Will it in a couple years though? I guess time will tell.

Not sure his contract looks so great even in the present, no term considered.
4 million for an offensive defenseman who scored 5 goals last year and 2 this season (on pace for 5/6 over 82 games)...
I imagine Buffalo was expecting more in the range of the back to back 14 he scored here...
I guess the Canucks made Ehrhoff better - the other way around? - not so much.
Edler and Hamhius have picked up his points since his departure.

It sounds more like he is speculating rather than basing it on any sort of inside information.

It's Kypreos, it's speculation.

Buffalo would probably only entertain a move of Miller if it involved an upgrade in goal. Enhroth needs to play more games but to this point I would suggest is behind in development and if Miller left, what would that do ?

The team would have a big hole in net. Who would be filling it ?

Not to mention the owner is very serious about adding top players to the team to be a contender. Miller is a top 10 netminder, higher up the list in other years.
