No burn. Just wise advice. He took care of the burn on himself by not knowing that the New York Rangers and New York Islanders both play in the city of New York.

A select few are chosen to be Canucks multimillionaires.

The rest of us are here to worship the wealthy.

The Cup win has rarely even been mentioned in this entire thing. As others have pointed out, it's about celebrating 100 years of hockey in Vancouver.

Dumb thread.

I understand that. That's why I included the Rangers/Islanders/Sabres analogy. Being in the same city, state or province as a championship team doesn't mean we should celebrate their victory as if it were our own. No other fans in the league celebrate the accomplishments of any team besides their own. Why do we?

But Vancouver didn't even have a team eligible to compete for the cup between the time the Millionaires left and the Canucks entered the league. Dumb post.

LOL buddy, did you not get the memo? They're celebrating 100 years of professional hockey here in Vancouver, not the Millionaires cup win.
