We started the season with four left side D capable of playing on the top two pairings, at least one extra left wing, and maybe a spare goalie depending on who you talk to? Assets sitting is frustrating when we obviously have needs. It is fair critique. Oh people getting angry at Gillis for no trades yet Its not like NHL 13 folks, Not everyone is going to be easy to get, and some teams will not want to part with their players. Also its been reported that he is making a lot of calls, so give it some time and hopefully he'll get something done by the deadline as this team needs something else to make the push. Lets go Canucks work hard, push hard and you can win this!! Hard fought game, 4-3 OT win. chrisbanks Posted March 21, 2013 Share Posted March 21, 2013 no one wants to trade with gillis.... its like freezing out a guy playing monopoly it doesnt matter how good of a trade he offers you , you dont take it becasue you know hes screwed and the longer you wait the hole gets deeper and the price tag gets cheaper. there is no one the canucks would offer that other teams couldnt get somewhere else.
