RyanKeslord17
“@mattsekeres: Our friend @Real_ESPNLeBrun tells us that the #Canucks have shown interest in W Ryane Clowe. San Jose wants a 1st rd pick & a prospect.” Really like Clowe, but asking price is too high IMO.
Blackberries
I would do it sharks are weak defensively they would proably bite on connauton or mcnally.. Corrado should be untouchable sometimes to make an omlette you have to break some eggs
Everybody Hates Raymond
2014 first and Corrado?
Rey
Ryan Clowe has de-evolved into Ben Eager this season. You still want him for a 1st and a prospect?
Aladeen
Thats pretty steep for a goose egg on goals.

Steve Carell
HAHAHAHA no. I would give them Connauton + 3rd at the most. Don't give me this 1st round pick garbage.
kylecanuck
Clowe for 1st, Schroeder, Ballard Aquire higher first through loungo deal at deadline. If we can get Clowe I would be ok lowering my asking on Lou. Floridas first would be nice... Even Washingtons might be nice
Salo'sBomb
Maybe Connauton and a 2nd and a third. Or Corrado and a 3rd and a 4th.
canucks_dynasty
I'd like for Nucks to get Clowe + Pavelski if possible. Pavelski would be a great 3rd line centre. Ballard + Schroeder + 2nd. Meh...
Rey
Clowe on his worst day is still better than that punching bag.
Belsy91
Price tag for Clowe is way off, I can see the Sharks decreasing the asking price at the deadline. He would be a ok fit here imo.

Apples
If he can play like did a couple of years ago I would pay him a 1st and a prospect for sure.

kloubek
A 1st rounder and a prospect is a high price to pay for an UFA. If he was at least RFA or had another year or two on his contract I'd do it. But to pay that for a player who isn't having a good season and is a rental seems too steep.
