[Report] Jay Boumeester TO STL

126 posts in this topic

Wow, St Louis defence just got stacked.

Peitrangelo - Shattenkirk

Boumeester - Jackman

Polak - Redden

Russel

Boumeester will really thrive under the Blues offensive sort of defence. Look-out for some career numbers next season.

Every team in the West is getting better with trades right now. The Kings, Blackhawks and now Blues are stocking up and the Canucks sit on their asses.

St. Louis is the best team in the west moving forward.

St.Louis has a nice Dcore now. A great top 4.

Bouwmesster - Pietrangelo

Jackamn - Shattenkirk

Then any of Leopold, Redden, Russel and Polak can fill the bottom pair. They have nice depth on the backend.

Don't take into account that conditionel crap, the Blues are going to make the playoffs and there's nothing in the world that can prevent that.. Unless they literally suck so badly, then Hitchcock probably gets fired. That's how badly they'd have to suck though.

Anyways, if the Flames can get a top 3 pick... Watch out.

Feaster got two unknowns along with a 1st...

I think he could've done better than this.

IMO, they gotta sign Pietrangelo, Shattenkirk and way more.

Interesting point Ill make.

Something will have to give in STL for next yr. 38 mill with JayBo and need to resign berglund, pietrangelo, shattenkirk, stewart

Wow, he's doing a great job burning that Calgary team to the ground finally.

People underestimate how difficult it really is to make a trade as an NHL GM. I really wouldn't be surprised if Kiprusoff gets traded to Toronto tomorrow or on Wednesday.

A mid-1st in a solid draft? If Feaster learns how to draft this trade isn't THAT bad. It's not great though either.

I was expecting Giordano, since he's more physical but J-Bo makes sense too. He, Pietrangelo, Shattenkirk and Leopold will be quite the mobile Top 4.

Not a huge fan of this trade if I was Calgary, but at least Feaster is blowing his team up and building it back up with drafted players (3 first round picks now). Much better then finishing 10-11 in the West every year with no hopes of improving.
