When Kes is healthy he will be back in front of the net on the 1st unit PP. Now we can follow that up with a highly skilled centre for the second unit. He is not a defensive liability. With the other size that the Nucks have brought in, its not the end of the world that he is small. If Kes gets healthy, the Canucks have just gone from being brutal down the middle, they are now among the deepest at centre in the Conference. Why are people bitching about this? Also, Roy might like it here and re-sign, never know. Especially is Kes gets hurt again... Now lets get Clowe to balance this move out! Move MayRay to get some size? Edler is locked and loaded. Tanev is young. Bieksa is going to be there for while. Garrison is only 27 I believe. Hamhuis has 3 more yrs.
