Anyone else been locked out of their Yahoo account due to "Security concerns"?

I can't get back into my Yahoo accounts, according to them it was a "Security breach", I can't understand it. The message says "We don't recognize the Device you're using". Yet I've always used this laptop. Problem is when I registered I gave answers to the two Security questions but now can't remember the exact answers, so I'm locked out. Is there some setting I can change on my laptop to get around this? Is it a Cookies issue? The only thing I will add is I used these Yahoo accounts as logins for my Flickr accounts, could that be the problem?

Same here. they keep telling me to input my security question's answer. (which i don't remember) I reset the password, but still doesn't let me login from my pc.

however, it works fine through my iPod

I was under the impression this was modern times and nobody used Yahoo.
