Posted April 11, 2013 Share Posted April 11, 2013 Vancouver Canucks @ Calgary Flames - April 10th 2013 2nd Period Highlights: Penalty Kill: Canucks penalty kill looks spectacular. They have not only killed off all 4 penalties, but they have also yielded some great shorthanded chances.Goaltending: Roberto Luongo looks good in net and has saved 22 of the 23 shots he has faced in two periods. It is still a tie game and Luongo will have to keep up the good effort and make sure the Flames don't get any edge.Defense: Canucks are playing tight defense and will need to maintain the defensive pressure throughout the third. The game is tied at 1 - 1 and the Canucks are still looking for their 2nd goal of the game. If they want to "peak at the right time" they need to be doing better against a terrible depleted team like the Flames than they have been so far.
