JE14
Must win game if they want to stay in the playoff hunt.
Ossi Vaananen
Man if the Wolves miss the playoffs, you can bet they're not going to bring back Arniel. I also doubt the Canucks will move Arniel over to the Rivermen, as he hasn't played our prospects all year. ECHL for Arniel - he has it coming. goal-ghost
Probably a little too early for Corrado in this one, eh?
DeNiro
Arniel puts in Sauve, Grenier, and Friesen. Is he finally realizing that maybe our prospects are better than some of the vets?

NuxFan09
Hey guys, just got back. What did I miss in the 1st period? I know I didn't miss Cannata getting a start, as it appears Climie got the nod (like clockwork).

Canvoucer Vanuck
I also refuse to believe Mallet would be doing worse than Friesen or someone like Kattelus right now, yet game after game he's in the box?
NuxFan09
The AHL Live radio feed isn't working for me so I'm not following this game at all. Doesn't look like I'm missing anything anyway. Still a scoreless tie and the Checkers are leading the shot clock 20-18.
NuxFan09
Matt Beca scored for the Checkers with just under 3 minutes left in the 2nd.
Canvoucer Vanuck
Looking more and more like they're going to miss the playoffs. Hope we don't bring this coach back next year.
NuxFan09
Grenier is playing with Schroeder right now. Scores!! Schroeder ties it up as he re-directs a nice cross-ice pass from Yann Sauve. 1-1.
NuxFan09
Wolves are making a strong push now. They're clearly trying to bag this thing in regulation and move on to the next game.
NuxFan09
Jensen made a nice drag move to create a good chance and a rebound but the Wolves can't seem to bury it. Now some great chances for the Checkers but Climie is desperately keeping the game tied! Some highway robbery, to quote the commentators.
NuxFan09
Lot's of back and forth hockey here. Sounds exciting.
NuxFan09
Both goalies are playing really well. The score is only 1-1 but not for a lack of scoring chances, at least from what I've heard in the 2nd and 3rd periods.
