DonLever
As predicted, Justin Trudeau easily defeated his rivals and becomes the leader of the Liberal Party of Canada. Is he the next Prime Minister of Canada? More importantly, will you vote for him?
Common sense
No, and no. Justin has the looks of a personable man, but once he gets attacked from both sides, he'll lose his cool and more importantly, his voter base.

DIBdaQUIB
1) I hope not. At least not until he actually accomplishes something in his life to justify the positoin. He's about as qualified as Justin Bieber! 2) Not for a long time adn until I see him in action over a long stretch.
pwnstar
in the meantime, Canadians are comfortable with Harper selling off water rights and resources while unemployment rises faster than a delissio.
Coda
Would Justin have won the leadership, or even be in the running based on merit if he came from an unknown family? NO

Down by the River
I'll most likely vote for the Liberals, but if I do it won't be because I'm voting for Trudeau.

KoreanHockeyFan
I'm still on the fence. If I do vote for Trudeau, it'll most likely be because of their platform along with the fact that the Liberals are most likely going to be shifting towards left of centre. Despite saying all that, I think this pretty much ensures another Harper government, it'll be a minority this time, but there's going to be a huge split on the left now. Not to mention the fact that the NDP's actions in taking Socialism off their platform shows how they want don't want to be seen as a party on the far left. If Trudeau somehow does become P.M, hopefully he'll have a very strong cabinet, because he's going to need it. His inexperience still makes me questionable about how he'll perform... On a separate note, I don't know why many of you are criticizing Trudeau for using his name in order to gain leadership. His father's successful run in politics certainly did inspire him to campaign for leadership, but I don't see how he's "using" his name. It's true, there's a large amount of people supporting him because of his name, but you don't see him explicitly bragging about his family's history in politics and whatnot. In the end, Harper still sucks. I miss minority governments
