So easy it took the 2010 - 2011 Canucks 6 games to eliminate them in one goal games and two OT games? <_<

That was also a better preds team. They would have been a much lesser challenge this year.

Missed the game but it appears that we played a solid game other than the second period at times. I see refs are back to their typical crap, and nice cheap shot Weber you piece of garbage.

Man I do not know what you were watching, saw the highlights Burrows took him down, weber rolled and kinda smacked him, somewhat knocking the helmet loose and the burrows pulled it off.......

I'm surprised they won with O'halloran officiating.

That Forsberg got some nice shots away for Nashville, they need someone worth watching on that team.

Luongo played well, could this be his last ever game in a Canucks jersey!?

Was it wrong that I was happy when I saw Roy high sticked on the replay lol. I was worried it might have been a concussion(which I guess is still possible more unlikely).

Lots of good people scoring. Need the big guns going for the playoffs.

This team fights at the worst times lol.

Overall a better game than I was expecting.

Quote of the night goes to John Garrett..."he pulled it out and snapped it off!" Seriously LOL'd at that.

Other than the second goal, solid night by Lu. Powerplay starting to heat up and PK stayed perfect. Loving the fire from Kass at the end there....hoping him and Weber both remember that next time. Can't put too much stock into a depleted Preds lineup, though. Gotta move on to a much tougher St Louis team tomorrow.

What's with the Kesler hate, did he steal your candy?

Probably one of the Kesler haters from 2007 who was forced to change his handle after Kes notched his 3rd 20 goal season in a row

If they went the other way as much as they went towards Luongo then she probably would say something

Luongo stopped 36 of 38 tonight and the Lu-haters are still trying to say he didn't play well lol, it's just getting pathetic at this point

I don't recall talking to you, I know what you think.

Edit: but I agree he played well and last game as well. I'm sure he will play well the next start he gets as well, hope he will because it may be his last in a Canucks jersey.

that technique was good enough to get 15 wins in one playoffs, 2 shutouts in SCF. if only he had teammates that can score.

cory may have his meltdowns to come, we don't know. having lui in the wings is a blessing.

I'm not a "Lu-hater" really, but I've seen him meltdown too many times. It's not that he's not a good goalie, it's just we now have a better one. Management knows it, the coach knows it, most fans know it and even Luongo knows it.

like leg cramps when u have to stop a penalty shot in gm 6, giving up 2 leads by misplaying the puck. or let one in OT gm 5 and get eliminated. 1 playoff win under his belt. he may make mistakes again this year.

Miller is not on our list. It's Lack as our #1. There is no reason we would have traded both Schnieder and Luongo if we never intended to give Lack the #1 starting job.  Furthermore, the salary and term Miller is looking for is not in our favor.

No, I think a lot of teams have figured him out, that's why Gillis is moving on.

who cares? no shootouts in playoffs. lui's record on penalty shots is surprisingly good.

my point is you can't pull all your eggs on a unproven rookie in the playoffs. cory may carry the team to a cup win, and i hope he does. but lui is plenty good to start, and may be even better due to his experience. the team is in a good position for a long run, as long as they stay healthy, assuming higgy and tanev will return.

Seriously...you're going to pin that defensive atrocity on Schneids?!?

This whole bickering over the goalies is getting pretty tired. They are both great and we will see how Schneids builds on a solid playoffs last year.
