Henrik Kesler
I'd like to see Bertuzzi back. It would add an additional element of toughness and Kassian could get mentored by his idol. How great would that be for development?
StopesisCanucks
Bert has 1 yr on contract with wings after this season and cap hit just over 2 mill. What would Gillis give up if he was interested in acquiring Bert? Would love to have him next yr. but don't think it will be any chance of possibility till the following yr. canucksnihilist
well, we haven't really lost any players I am desperate to have back.. but if I had to pick, based on the team this year, right now, 4 games before the playoffs... with a crippled defence. Salo. Without doubt.
Stefan
Personally, I'd rather my team as whole did well instead of wishing one player well all the time. There are lots of pluses (with one S) to the diminutive centre's game. They were just never going to happen here. How is that biased? Everyone is quick to jump all over Kassian every day on these forums but we must not dis teh Cody? lol
canacks1970
Salo. He is truly the one guy that I never understood why we let him go. Jovo - couldn't afford him with Luongo. Mitchell - questions around his health after his (think it was year long) concussion. Grabner - had to choose between him and Raymond, who had a breakthrough 50pts season Coho - wanted more ice time which we couldn't provide with our line-up Bertuzzi - had to get out of the city because of the media Naslund - same as above Seriously why didn't Gillis offer Salo a decent amount of money? Would be fantastic to still have him. Oh well, what is done is done. Lets look forward to the future (specifically) clinching a playoff spot tonight and have a good winning run this year
nuckin_futz
Instead of living in the past. I'd rather management concentrate on finding the next good player to fill our needs.

zombieksa
I wouldn't hate having Glass on the 4th line LW either. I know I know, Fanner Glass. Still he can be a wrecking ball at times and I'd sooner have him than Ebbett in that spot.

Bring_Back_Bertuzzi
He's 37 years old and has played 7 games all year due to a back injury. Apart from nostalgia, I'm sorry I don't see the value.

the grinder
hodgson dan hodgson lol or how about messier in his prime , but in reality it would have to be linden or bure on the d side I think jeff brown or paul rienhart as offensive guys jovo cop and big willie Mitchell on defensive d
nuck nit
Just love the Hodgson haters. What gracious hockey fans and human beings when you despise one of your own. Gillis disease is more pervasive than expected. I mean who would want a forward with more goals than any Canuck and would be third in points on this roster behind the Sedins? One player? A mature puck moving d man is needed. Paul Reinhart, please
