Hansen is hard working and energetic but hardly exciting.

I would give most exciting to garry since hammer took top dman

Reason: great acquisition, pretty much surprised everyone. And that cannon is EXCITING!

Harder than Salo's

Everything else i agree with

The only one I don't fully agree with is the Unsung Hero.. It probably should have gone to Tanev, but oh well..

The awards all make sense to me. They were my picks as of yesterday (although I wasn't sure about Henrik for leading scorer).

Garrison did not get an award but he had a very good year. Now that the PP is based around his shot it has improved a lot. However, it took a lot of time, money, and effort to get back to where we were with Sami Salo. Don't get me wrong, at this stage of their respective careers, Garrison is quite a bit better than Salo. But it would have been nice to have both -- and Sami was willing sign cheap for a two-year deal two years ago.

I woulda given unsung to Tanev, or Lappy TBH

Hansen got unsung last year & got quite a bit attention from it, how many times can you get unsung until you're sung.

No disrespect to Hammer but best d-man should have been Garrison.

i think the problem with 'most exciting award' is that we dont really have a player that id classify as exciting. If anyone i would give that to Henrik for the beauty passes which can get exciting. But theres no one that truly fits the definition of exciting, obviously no bure, or naslund in his prime (who was pretty exciting then). Hell even Odjick was more exciting than anyone we have on the team now (and thats not a knock on the quality of the team, which is good)
