What a crock of sh1t. So it's perfectly fine to take a slice at the puck and knock it out of play but if you bat it out of mid-air and out of play then it's a penalty?

ANY PUCK PUT OUT OF PLAY BY THE DEFENDING TEAM IN THEIR OWN END SHOULD RESULT IN A PENALTY. None of this "did he slice at it or did he actually shoot it out?"

I like how everyone is predicting the Caps because of Ovechkin. This is where the Rangers will tighten up and Ovie will dissapear as usual. When he's not able to freewheel like he does in the regular season he will get all uppity and start playing like an individual.
