When I first got it I was winning probably around 80% of the time consistently. Seems like once I got some excess cash, it stopped paying out. Once you reach level 15 it should pop up pretty much automatically. Phew, going through the process of a long overdue friend purge. I'm keeping all the peeps that I'm pretty certain are from cdc though. I had so many from Whacking Day I figured I may as well delete the ones that don't ever visit my town.
