always thought this was going to be a tough series.

plenty of guys have several more gears to show

it's up to the guys and the coaching staff to adjust and win gm 2. a must win given how good SJ is at home

Hamhuis Edler Sedins ebbett Kassian Kesler Higgins all had night offs. Terrible hockey. What a way to make a statement.

Coaching staff is done here or gillis goes in their place. How a team comes out looking for calls and trash talking is beyond unbelievable.

Play A FULL 60 minutes and make a statement like Pittsburgh and Boston!!!

guys both these teams were useless with edge going to sharks for playing a solid road game we didnt take advantage of home ice energy. We better game 2... Better wake up.. sorely missing the plays erhoff and salo made with ease to setup our snipers.

Coaching staff need to be gone next year. Too cute with the puck. Players are only doing what the coaches tell them, and the plan isn't working. Get the puck to the net, and don't try for the perfect play! Plus it seems the coaches can't find the right player combos on both offence and defence.

Thank goodness there's only one choice to put in net....oh wait.....

Before all you ignorant frackheads come in and blame this loss on Luongo, the team scored 1 goal and weren't very good defensively for all three goals. It was a team loss, not Luongo's fault.

Hope we bounce back next game as that was a little disappointing. We were looking good until Kassian took that dumb penalty.

I don't get it....Gillis/AV keeps making a point of not experimenting with the lines due to the shortened season, and AV starts game one with lines that we haven't even seen before! WTF

Higgins and Roy need to be surgically attached at the hip next game or it'll be bloody murder!

First and third periods were inexcusable for a team that thinks it can win a cup. You cannot dominate 20 minutes of a 60 minute game against a good opponent and hope to win.

Also, the lack of a puck moving defensemen is a glaring issue. The Sedins mostly rely on a good transition game because they aren't very fast and they haven't had it for 2 years. MG asleep at the wheel as usual.
