Have you tried Hot Yoga or Hot Pilates?

No.

Lots of yoga in my karate days though. One of our Sempai was a Yoga instructor.

I'm just being silly asking about the dress code. I just think things should be equal.

Is it the one in the white outfit?

yoga with Adrienne

all kidding aside I was doing a good job of giving it a go for a while.

then fell off the wagon

Time to get back at it. She has one session that is 'yoga for skaters'.

Found it was good to do before heading to my hockey games.

Yoga is frustrating as hell when you’re not good at it (I.e.: do it tri-annually) but man does it feel good when you’re done.

I've never been flexible. Downward dog is my villain.

But I am always glad I gave it a go when I try.

Not gonna lie

I'm a little bit in love with Adrienne too

As long as you don’t develop a weird fantasy relationship with her, this can’t be seen as anything but healthy haha.

Nearly 7 months into working out on a consistent basis. I really feel like a completely different person physically, now.

As for my gymnastics, I’m now 5 weeks into my program. That’s where I can see the immediate payoffs, as I’m doing things there I’ve never attempted. And doing things I absolutely couldn’t do when I first started.

Can do quite a bit of things, but this was the newest thing where my form is also surprisingly similar to that of the picture below.

Club 16 (Trevor Linden gym) is so dirty. People don't wipe down the equipment...old bandaids on the floor.....disgusting. My Dad cancelled his membership (Surrey Central) and now goes to Planet Fitness...he says it's much better. Anyone else experience this?

I can't see them staying in business much longer...

Had the opportunity to be part of a bjj seminar this weekend hosted by Steve Maxwell.  If you don’t know who this guy is check him out.  Resume speaks for itself.  At 67 years old he has a lifetime of martial arts, fitness, strength and conditioning experience.
