[Dirty play] How Havlat got injured

What? When did I say that? My point of view is that he should have played the body instead of slashing him in the nuts. There's a code in hockey, and there are plenty of ways to slash/punch/hit/fight people that are within the code. For example, biting is not within the code. People therefore shouldn't bite their opponents. However, it's ok to cross check someone. I'm not saying it won't earn you 2 mins, I'm saying it's within the code.

When I said "it's kind of funny then when people start crying about Canucks players getting slashed and no penalties being called", I was referring to about 80% of the people here who whine about the refereeing and "classless" opponents, all the while thinking the Canucks never slash anyone or that if they do, it's warranted.

I'm quite happy with my life, thank you for your concern.

This is the playoffs. Players do little shots like that all the time. It might be on the wrist or behind the knee but it happens. Havlat was wearing hockey pants and a cup I don't think beiska thought he would break his nut.

I'm sure it hurt but if he's really out for the game tonight there had to be something else wrong with him that they're hiding. We've seen players return to a game after way worse than that. No way did that cause enough damage to keep him out of a playoff game!

Remember, Salo took a Duncan Keith (man, do I hate him!!) slapshot off the personal cup and had to leave the game to be taken to the hospital with a suspected ruptured testicle. When they realized it was "only" bruised, he suited up and played the very next game. Now, Havlat might not be Salo tough, but I doubt he's that much of a baby that a little stick action knocked him out without there being something else (hip issue?) going on.
