Everybody Hates Raymond
The Canucks have never been ones for following the record book, or the statistics. Despite the stars aligning in 2011, they failed to win the cup. Despite the Sedins being "too soft" to do anything in this league, they won back to back scoring trophies. The "regular season player" Ryan Kesler has put the whole team on his back before... And that's only the start of how they defy "destiny" and the "facts". How things "should" happen, this team has never been part of that. Sure, these next 4 games are going to be a pain in the ass. But this team has one last chance in this window - and it begins tonight. Everyone - not just a few players, EVERYONE - needs to give their 200 percent. This is the last chance in this window with the cap going down. They have to defy the facts one more time - 2% winning chance? That's 2% more than none. Believe, Vancouver. Believe in yourselves, believe in your fans, and transition that mindset to the ice. This is the biggest battle of their lives for the older players, the coaching staff, the management... 1 game to blow it all up, or 4 to go on a cup run. The choice is yours, Canucks. Don't let the refs hold you back. Play your game and don't be intimidated. It's all you have left. Go Canucks go.

Special Ed
My only prediction is that the refs will try to make calls look 'unbiased' after already making things extremely difficult for the Canucks. Look for a lot of bad calls in favour of the Canucks this game and that would be proof enough that the refs know how badly they screwed Vancouver over the last three games. Commercial Canuck
I'm predicting a 4-1 sharks win. 2 quick goals to start off the game for the Sharks heading into the second. 1 goal for us in the second, quickly responded by Burish to make it 3-1. 1 late goal near the end of the 3rd to make it 4-1. bluesman60
Go out and score more than 2 goals tonight and stop trying to protect a lead for half the game. Keep the pedal down and run up the score. You won't have to play defense if you are in their end of the ice. If your going to take a penalty, make sure that it is for good reason and not a lazy tripping call because you didn't keep your feet moving and got caught napping. Please put Garrison on the top PP. Shoot the puck, shoot the puck, shoot the puck and once again....shoot the damn puck. Henrik and Daniel....get it done. You can't be saving anything for tomorrow....this is the big dance tonight. Guest
Farhan Lalji @FarhanLaljiTSN 10m No Bieksa on the ice. All other #canucks accounted for Farhan Lalji @FarhanLaljiTSN 6m Schneider. Not reading too much into that...yet @InLuWeTrust1: who's in the "starters" net? #canucks Schneider is starting? Edit: Wait. Blackberries
Why are u guys thinking they can just flip a switch? They haven't been ready to play for 3 straight games, and with the exception of Kesler in Game 2 I haven't seen anyone look like they actually realize its the playoffs. Its a leadership and coaching issue. They thought they were better than the Sharks and wouldn't have to put the work in, just like last year just like for 46 games this year. This team needs a culture change and needs to stop believing they are better than everyone strictly based on talent because the heart sure as hell isn't there right now. Frankly as a fan Im embarassed that this version of the team even made the playoffs. Ive been a fan since 94 and every other playoff canuck team since, with the exception of this year and last we could say that the whole team actually cared. Its really sad.
