He did a great acting job, if Hollywood is ever thinking of recreating Bambi Tommy Wingles should get that role. He flopped on the penalty that gave them the tying goal and then flopped on the penalty that gave the the winning goal acting.

oh ffs seriously? Whyyyyyyyyyy can't some of you people understand the different between blaming the refs for our series loss and blaming the refs for HORRIBLE OFFICIATING.

Honest to god, I can't even count high enough the amount of times I've seen people make this exact argument and all it does it make you look like a total idiot.. same as the person who says that we lost due to the officiating.

The series could have flipped; Vancouver could have had all the powerplays over the Sharks and maybe they would have scored more goals/allowed less goals but they STILL would have lost the series. The series was not lost by the officials, but some of the games were steered in directions and the officials were solely responsible for some of the goals scored against us. This is NOT up for debate it is FACT.

Now to the OP, YOU stop propogating this ridiculous idea that everyone beleives the series was lost on account of the officiating. All you're doing is serving this ridiculous idea up for the more mentally challenged individuals out there to grasp on to.

Get it through your head that the officiating is $hit and that this is in NO WAY related to our series loss but relates to the state of the League as a whole.

Also a fact is that our prima donna offense decided to phone it in last night after embarrassing themselves in the first 3 games. When you play so poorly that you should be ashamed, you should come out the next game with a little goddamned fire in your belly rather than daydreaming about your upcoming tee times and vacation to bora bora.

We can't fire the refs, but we can chop off some heads in the locker room to prove to the younger players that millionaire attitudes won't be tolerated on the Canucks. Sigh.
