Legend Killer
I want a line up with big tough mean SKILLED players. guys that show up and play with pride and can excel in playoff brutality enough of this garbage. every year its the same. too small, too perimeter, no heart. not willing to pay the price be nice to trade the twins but i will assume they would never agree to a trade or even be asked. Lindy Ruff Coach Sedin-Sedin-Doan Lucic-Kesler-Burrows Torres-Mathias-Hansen Boll-LaPierre-Kassian Lain,Gaunce Weber-Bieksa Tanev-Garrison Alberts- 6'5 monster Corrado something like this might make me interested in next season. Alexander.Edler
was so excited when we got Roy, but now that I saw how he played out ... that trade sucked
dds20
I think it is time to try to split Sedins for they are not effective during the playoff. D.Sedin-Kesler-Burrows Jensen-H.Sedin-Kassian Higgins-Schroeder-Hansen Gaunce-Lapierre-Weise
RyanKeslord17
Wow..you have a guy in there who's never even played in the AHL starting in an important role, and good enought to take Lappy's job? hmmm sure And then you have Gaunce, who hasn't played against men yet, yes looks good but again, assuming he fills a big void in our roster? Don't think so bud
ilduce39
Maybe splitting up the Sedins for 5 on 5 next year would help out in the playoffs.. re-unite them for the power play. Daniel is still a top-notch passer and might be a good setup guy for Kesler. A healthy Hank and Kes is still a deadly 1-2 at center, the problem is, we're still too thin on the wings to have two legitimate scoring lines. Burr and Danny are good, but after them it's a steep drop off with hands-of-stone Higgins and Hansen along with the invisible man Raymond. We've got a ton of top-notch 3rd line guys, but missing 2 good scoring top-6 wingers.

BuretoMogilny
Lain is frackin massive and can play too. He'd be fine in the fourth line and I'd take him any day over that POS Lapierre. As for Gaunce, that's just me hoping, but you never know, he's been great for the Bulls and is a good leader down there. A shutdown 3C role just might be fitting for him. RyanKeslord17
Play against NCAA players, I'd wait to see what he can do in the AHL before you award roster spots lol alot of NCAA players have done nothing...
Master Mind
Lineup will be almost identical if MG stays. Get a new GM and maybe he'll make the trades MG should have made a while ago.

Burnsey
We need a shake up. I would keep Lappy and (although I like both of them) Edler or Bieksa may have to go. $4-5M on 4 d-men is too much. Ballard, Booth, Raymond, Roy, Luongo traded/bought-out.
Bodee
Raymond at a reasonable figure has to stay imo. He laid on more chances than Roy, Higgins or Hansen. He had as many points as Kesler (who by the way totally disappeared in the make or break game 4 ) He was more responsible for getting us to the playoffs than most of the top 12. It is all well and good getting these "playoff types" for the playoffs but you have to get there first. Raymond is the type of player who gets you there and he wasn't too shabby in the playoffs either. Oh and Hansen in the top line? ............GTF out of here! spliced
I just wonder is anyone with a no trade-no move clause gonna go other than Luongo?
D-Money
1) New coaches 2) Trade involving Edler for a young stud 3rd center (Couturier?) 3) Trade Lu for picks 4) Fill #5 D-hole and remaining forward positions with prospects and free agents - should be lots of bargains with the cap going down. EDIT: 5) Need at least 2 "snipers". It seems Kesler is the only forward we have who is dangerous from more than 6 feet from the net (making defending us easy). AV didn't utilize pure skill guys properly, but the new coach needs to realize their value.
