Go Faulk Yourself
Saad is a better two-way player in my opinion than most people give him credit for, and you must understand, this is only his first year in the NHL, he has a lot of room to grow from, especially playing beside Toews, who is arguably one of the best two-way players in the game. Patrick Kane
Also I said he has more upside then Burrows, not better currently.
pimpcurtly
lolwut Saad is a beast. Offensively he protects the puck like a boss and is very quick, very talented kid. He is also tremendous defensively and plays on the Hawks PK, which was the 3rd best in the NHL in the regular season and has yet to surrender a goal in the playoffs. For a rookie he is insanely good defensively.
ChuckNORRIS4Cup
It's like compairing Pavel Bure to Trevor Linden. Kane is like Bure, natural goal scorer and a game changer, plus both are a little cocky, but can back it up with their play. Jonathan is like Linden a leader who can play in all rolls of the game, can do it defensively or offensively, and come up clutch.
Otis
While I agree with most of this...we will really see what he's made of in next two rounds.

pimpcurtly
I guess. But he's a 20 year old kid. The level of play he's maintained all year is amazing. Wish we had someone like him in our system.
Cigano
MARIAN HOSSA. Wish we had signed him. He every year quietly pots 20+ goals and never disappears in the playoffs. He has size, speed, skill, kills penalties, and pp. All around complete player Love the way he plays. Always controls the puck and hard to knock off
Cigano
Oduya's been a solid contributor for us, he's a very decent 5th defenseman.

Salmonberries
how you get Taves out of Toews is another question.

shiznak
Hossa. Most underrated two-way forward in the game. It boggles my mind that he has never been nominated for the Selke before, because he has always been in the lead leader in takeaways.
Cynrgee
Toews, great leader, hockey ethics if there is such a thing.
Darth Kane
Oduya is an awsome pick up. He has a good shot and just pick corners with his shot, Can't believe the Jets gave him away for nothing
Dogbyte
Wow our wingers suck, 8 wingers, 1 is elite and then we have 7 third liners. Not hard to see what our problem is. Anyone of these players would be great.
Scott Hartnell's Mane
I'd take Brandon Saad on the Canucks any day of the week.
