canucklehead44 Posted May 28, 2013 Share Posted May 28, 2013 He had the 3rd highest corsi on the team this year despite playing with two awful corsi players (Kassian & Lapierre). Also, Lappy and Kass combined for something like 1 point over their last 29 games combined. So coming in off of injury, playing 12 minutes a night with statistically awful players, throwing hits, and being able to carry the play offensively with scoring chances is not something to simply brush aside as an awful performance (despite his low point production). I highly doubt Raymond or even Higgins would have had that impact in a similar situation.
