Part way through the 1973-74 season Lampman was traded to the Vancouver Canucks for John Wright. A friend of mine also played for the expansion Caps, highly drafted by the Bruins, I think 5th or 6th overall, don't think he got a cup of coffee with them. Ron Jones, former Edmonton Oil King.
