He has experience with Luongo, he helped mentor him in Quebec, introduced him to Allaire and if the reports are right enjoyed him in juniors and followed closely. The fact Roy, Allaire and Luongo have that 6 degrees of separation and that Roy is a build from the crease out coach is the most intriguing possibility of any deal getting done. We will never know for sure but Luongo our 1st this year our first next year and a prized prospect could be good bargaining points.
