DocHouse
I was walking around Van sporting his number 28 as I do each year on this day. Still can't watch the tribute video from opening night that season without tearing up. The Canucks organization really did a great job putting that together. RIP Luc. Mr. White
RIP Luc. I still remember exactly where I was when I heard the news. He would have been nearing his prime right about now

LimitedEdition
I used to ride a motorcycle - a Honda CBR-600 sport bike. In May, 2008 I had a really close call while riding on the Granville St. bridge when another car almost hit me - I was within 6" of being killed. I rode directly home to North Van and parked my bike. The next day I woke up and heard the news that Luc had been killed in a motorcycle accident. I put my bike up for sale that day and never rode again. I was convinced Luc's accident was some kind of a sign. This is a true story.
GoaltenderInterference
This one is my favourite Luc Bourdon tribute: I still wear his jersey from time to time.
