RIP Luc.

We'll never know how good he could have been, but we can look to Kris Letang to see a glimpse.

RIP Luc :(

I was at that game. There wasn't a dry eye in the place when the lights came back on after Tom Cochrane sang.

Miss you Luc.

I was there too sir, It was my fav hockey game I have seen live. Better then Linden retirement night, which I was also at.

This was actually a difficult topic to read. It really bummed me out that summer. He had so much potential and such a great career ahead of him :(

RIP Luc. Your missed by so many.

Had a sweet Signature, but thank's to lies from ARIGOLD, and a mod who did no investigation WHATSOEVER, it was removed.   Thanks Mods!   The Arigold bus needs to stop, the guy is a complete jerk.

I was walking around Van sporting his number 28 as I do each year on this day. Still can't watch the tribute video from opening night that season without tearing up. The Canucks organization really did a great job putting that together.

RIP Luc.

I used to ride a motorcycle - a Honda CBR-600 sport bike. In May, 2008 I had a really close call while riding on the Granville St. bridge when another car almost hit me - I was within 6" of being killed. I rode directly home to North Van and parked my bike.

The next day I woke up and heard the news that Luc had been killed in a motorcycle accident. I put my bike up for sale that day and never rode again. I was convinced Luc's accident was some kind of a sign. This is a true story.

This one is my favourite Luc Bourdon tribute:

I still wear his jersey from time to time.

I saw Luc score his first NHL goal live in a 6-2 win over Minnesota, here's the link to the highlites, Luc scores on a rocket at 3:35

I rather lose with the Canucks, than win with any other team

This is OUR year
