It was clear who got the worst of the situation this year. Also, Luongo outplayed Schneider in the playoffs-even though Luongo barely played down the stretch. But I guess because Bobrovsky got twice as many voting points as Lundqvist, he must be twice as good of a goalie. Because these votes mean everything for how good a goalie is. At this point there really is no concrete difference between Luongo and Schneider in terms of value: they perform about the same, it's just that Schneider will give us mileage while Luongo will give us experience. Not to mention there didn't appear to be much consistency yet, nor have any playoff success. There are always homer journalist that throws there favourite teams goalie a vote.
