SamJamIam
Lack's mask has a lot of the same elements as well (also by Daniel Gunnarson) but it's got a strange two-face thing going on where one half is mostly white and the other mostly blue. I like this better.

Pears
With his technical ability, he's going to give Luongo all he can handle ......
FrontmanRecords
Technical ability is great on paper - experience is what ultimately counts. I bet Lu would just say bring it, it would simply help to push his game even higher. Very nice mask though

elvis15
and technical ability and the use of same is what made Schneider better than Luongo....and it wasn't on paper...but his better stats were.
smurf47
Not being used to the North American ice and skill level will certainly be a factor that would make it extremely hard for him to compete with Luongo this year. Maybe in a year or two, as I do think he's good, but you're ignoring important factors by just saying his technical ability will allow him to push Luongo and give him "all he can handle" - assuming Eriksson even makes the NHL this year. elvis15
for the record..its harder to play goal on an Olympic surface than on a north American ice surface.
smurf47
That doesn't mean it's automatically easier to play on a NA ice surface after having played on international ice your whole life. Plenty of European goalies have struggled coming from the larger ice to the better league, even with good fundamentals. It's likely to come with an adjustment period rather than him just stepping in and outperforming or even matching Luongo.
