dura_mater
As a dick I would tell you the poem was poorly written. As a hockey fan I am going to tell you WHO CARES how it was written it's a hockey poem and that makes it awesome. Your got me that much more stoked for the Canucks season opener. -DLC-
I really enjoyed that, thanks. Any effort to get us all excited for the game is alright by me. Haters gonna hate They don't appreciate Would rather waste their time Than appreciate the gift of rhyme.

sleepy_nite
When I wrote this, it was just because I was so excited realizing it was opening day. I did it in a few minutes just to put that excitement somewhere so I could focus on non-hockey things (very difficult to do!!). My husband laughs at me that I am more excited then he is. I appreciate the good thoughts and ignore the others. I also like the poems others are writing. Today is the day and it is going to be a long day until game time. Here's hoping for an amazing season!!
verybcman
If last night's a barometer of what this season will bear; The loss on that season game opener; Though early to say or shed a tear; I'd be first to say "we'll just get 'em next year".
