flatl99
Who is the best grinder in the league?? My opinion is Ryan Callahan, he is a solid checker and puts up numbers
susraiders
I wouldn't consider Callahan a grinder. Maybe Torres?

Watermelons
Steve Ott and Martin Hanzal come to mind...or Dave Bolland, Jannik Hansen
TOMapleLaughs
Chris Neil, Shawn Thornton, Steve Downie, Milan Lucic, Steve Ott, Matt Martin, Martin Hanzal and Paul Gaustad come up. Should be interesting to see what Kassian does after his suspension is up, but for now a Canuck HM could go to Brad Richardson or even Jannick Hansen. Jägermeister
What are we classifying a grinder as? Dustin Brown or Ryan Callahan come to mind if we're just talking players who work the corners and bang bodies. If we're going for like a checking line grinder, I'd say Cal Clutterbuck, Steve Downie, or Chris Neil.

FlyLow_
Grinders don't play on the top 2 lines, unless you're team has no depth. I like grinders that always have their motors going. Ott, Frolik, Hansen, Chris Kelly are some of the best over the last couple season IMO. Higgins is a personal favourite but he doesn't finish checks as well as the others. I guess to answer the question, my pick is Frolik. Though he could very well break out and not be a grinder for much longer.
