Jaku
If I were the Oilers GM I'd be going hard after guys like Hamonic, Gudbranson, Tinordi, and Cowen. Flip Yakupov before he becomes a huge issue in the dressing room. Exactly add someone who can bring more than just being tough to the table. King Heffy
What the frack are you smoking, and why the frack are you quad-posting over and over again? Sedins aren't going anywhere and certainly aren't being traded within the division.
tonimator#19
Hamhuis & Booth for Yakupov! BOOM! Hamhuis doesn't provide 50 point offense that Edler does but is looked at as 'more dependable' Edler looks like a changed man playing under Torts.. hiitting everything in sight
Plum
Anaheim? St.Louis? Jackman or Bryan Allen seem to be that tough type of defensemens. Petry and a 3rd for Jackman but Allen would be pretty cheap. We aren't trading with them, we don't have anyone of that calibre really.

He won't waive his NTC to go to Edmonton.

He won't waive his NTC to go to Edmonton. Good point. But Gillis has to start playing hardball and stop being so damn loyal to these guys. And he just keeps tossing out NTC's like its christmas. No harm in Gillis asking hamhuis to waive it.
Go Faulk Yourself
People should stop putting Hamhuis in their proposals already. He's not getting traded for Yakupov, nor is he getting traded period. He wouldn't waive his NTC.

tonimator#19
Yes harm considering he won't waive it. Well one of bieksa, garrison, hamhuis, edler have to be moved if the Canucks get bounced again in the 1st round or play terrible Hamhuis is the only one that can be replaced. Next year: Sedin Sedin Yakupov = unstoppable
