Quoted
As much as I hate officiating topics, that was really confusing to watch. Three in a row that could have or should have been disallowed. Weird.
Chauncey
Saw that too. Was very surprised that was allowed to stand. I've seen many goals called back for much less. Kings are a joke; pack of infected rodents.
Quoted
Even though the Habs were playing horribly, those have to have had a negative affect on the morale of the team.

I only saw the third goal. One of the worst I've ever seen. There were more? Can't say I'm surprised by the King Criminals - it's how they play - illegal. Gross-Misconduct
Ferraro commented that he thought the 1st goal scored with Kyle Clifford parked in the goal crease shoulda been waved off. Since it wasnt, it only gave the green light to Clifford who went in hard again on the next LA goal. NHL refs dont seem to know wtf they are doing anymore. NightHawkSniper
Those goals would be waved off the second a Canuck scores like that.
Ronalds.Kenins41
As true as it is would have made no difference kings would have won 3-0 but I guess its more respectable.
SamJamIam
The NHL needs independent reffing, reviewable decisions and proper drug testing. Until those things are in place, the NHL will never have credibility. This changes nothing sadly.
touchable
Imagine is those goals had been with Kesler or Burrows (or even a Sedin) standing in front of the net instead of Clifford. NEVER would have counted in a million years. The consistency of refereeing in the league is a joke. Missed/phantom penalties are one thing, but this is just too much. No, I don't think the calls ultimately affected who got the two points, but it makes the NHL look so anateur when basic calls vary so much game to game. Personally I. Am a bit tired if seeing a goalie try to make save with 6 guys in the crease - something low on the priorty list to look at I'm sure.
