- PikaBOO -
Vancouver Canucks @VanCanucks 7s Canucks have recalled forward Kellan Lain from the AHL Utica Comets. Can't wait to see what he has to bring! Has 7 goals and 11 points in 35 games with Utica. Wonder who's coming out of the lineup for him on Thursday. Booth perhaps? CatsPajamas
Too bad Sestito will probably draw out for Booth. Lain and Sestito would be beast together.
NucksCup2015
Too bad Sestito will probably draw out for Booth. Lain and Sestito would be beast together. Sestito has been a monster, there is no way he's coming out of the lineup sir. Especially after he took it upon himself to send the message last game... Torts loves that attitude and team play...not to mention he has been showing he can play as well for the last month and a bit... I think Weise comes out
Nas19
Would absolutely love to see a 4th line with Lain and Sestito on it. That is if Lain can play well at the NHL level. Here's hoping.
elvis15
With Dalpe potentially still up with the twins, Kesler/Santorelli on the 2nd and Richardson on the 3rd, Lain will fit right in on the 4th with Sestito and Weise. I thought we'd look at a prospect who might provide a bit more offence, but they could stick Lain in front of the net on the PP.

cbdoubleu
My pick would be Weise out. Keep Pressbox up in the Booth too.
elvis15
I was actually slightly disappointed I wasn't going to get to watch the Comets' games in Abby at the end of the month partly because I wanted to see Lain, but at least I'll get the chance with the call up. It's a process
Hopefully he uses his size to his advantage. A lot of these big guys are criticized for not doing so. Hopefully he's a player who does.

I think Weise comes out Weise played nine minutes and got time with the Sedins. Sestito and Booth play left wing while Weise plays right. It isn't a lock either way. I sure hope it is Weise though, let Booth play the right side, he has done it before.

JoshuaGuy
Canucks are sure making an effort to get bigger. Too bad the skill is disappearing.
It's a process
5 fights and 84 PIM in 35 games so far this year. More concerned about his work along the boards and hitting. If he can do both of those well we may have a good player on our hands.
